Dr. Zehua Hu

胡泽华,1992年5月生于江苏省苏州市,2014年本科毕业于南京大学物理系(导师:吴兴龙教授),2018年博士毕业于新加坡国立大学物理系(导师:陈伟教授),随后在南洋理工大学应用物理系开展博士后工作(导师:熊启华教授)。主要的研究兴趣是低维半导体光电器件物理,半导体与微纳结构的耦合相互作用和超快光生载流子动力学。以第一作者在Adv. Mater.、ACS Nano、Nano Lett.、Angew. Chemie.等刊物发表论文12篇,在Nat. Mater.、Nat. Commun.等刊物合作发表论文16篇。其中,3篇论文被选为封面,3篇论文入选“ESI高被引”,1篇论文被选为“Hot Paper”。引用2300余次,担任Nano Lett.、App. Phys. Lett.、NPJ 2D Mater. Appl.等国际期刊独立审稿人,获国际会议最佳墙报奖3次,多次作邀请和口头报告,获2018年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金(全球500名)。
